Back by popular demand, our 11th annual oyster festival is a celebration of all things oyster. Â Everyone is invited – mavens of the mollusk and oyster newbies – all who share the belief in the idiomatic saying, “the world is your oyster.”

Shellfish Shindig:Â A “shuckout” with $1 oysters at the outside Terrace Bar.
Saturday, September 14 from 2 – 4pm at Charles Square, CambridgeOysters taste good and they’re good for you.  The health benefits of oysters come by the bushel.  The bivalves are rich in protein, low in fat and calories, low in cholesterol, chock-full of vitamins and nature’s best source of zinc.  And we test all of our oysters for purity in our in-house laboratory at our Quality Control Center.  Slurp’s up!
